Muy fácil de instalar y de usar, el único detalle es la calidad del control remoto, es un plástico de baja calidad y la tapa de la batería no abre ni cierra bien.

Compre este articulo en abril del año pasado. Al principio me pareció un aparato hecho de buen materia y sencillo de usar.

Funciono perfectamente hasta hace unas semanas, inicio con la falla de un par de puertos HDMI, creo que quizás era el cable, o el equipo que enviaba la señal, sin embargo, al cambiar de puertos el mismo aparato si daba señal. El día de hoy 20 de marzo, casi un año después de la compra, dejo de funcionar. Ya intente desconectando de la energía, desconectando todos los cables, y nada funciona.

No lo recomiendo.

I had another HDMI switch and after a year it took a crap. I decided rather than buy the same one, I'd try a new one. I like the Amazon brand. They are simple and last. I figured this would be the same. So I got this all set up and nothing. PS3, PS4, Computer....nada. I thought it was the HDMI cable because the instructions said it needs to be no longer than 10 ft. My cable runs through the wall up to the mounted TV so it's at least 25 ft long. I was about ready to re wire the whole thing with a shorter HDMI and thought, maybe it's the input port in the TV. So I switched the HDMI to plug into another one in the TV. Nope. Another one. Nope. Finally I thought I'd try the 4k input and voila! So this switch will only work with 4k input. Not a big deal, I just had the 4K input dedicated to something else so I just plugged that into this switch. The only downside is now I have an extra thing which I didn't anticipate plugging into this, so I have a sixth one that I have to switch out when I want to use it. Not that big of an issue. I hardly use it anyway. The one thing I do love about this switch is it doesn't automatically sense input and change on its own. That really bugged me about the old one. I'd be playing PS4 and it would periodically blank out for about 5 seconds because I had the computer on at the same time. It was so annoying. So the fact this one doesn't do that, it's a HUGE plus. It's nice that you can switch using the remote or if you can't find it (because it's stuck between the cushions) you can switch it manually. It's sturdy, well made and works as intended. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the 4k thing. If it worked with either kind of HDMI input I'd give it 5. Hopefully it lasts longer than the last one. As a side note, I used a label maker to label the inputs on the remote so anyone (namely my husband) can pick it up and know which number controls which device. Makes it a little easier to switch. Especially if you have multiple gaming consoles hooked up and you can't remember which one is which.

I got a new TV with only 2 HDMI ports when my old TV had 5 HDMI inputs that were all being used. So I ordered up this bad boy at a great price ($27) and now my TV essentially has 6 HDMI inputs. It works great and seems to be a good quality device overall. I love that it does not need to be externally powered because I don't have a lot of electrical outlets available. I did put a piece of electrical tape over the red LED lights on the front that designate which input you are currently on, because they are WAY too bright. I don't use the remote, so I can't comment on that.
The only other issue I've encountered is that one input will display a few random artifacts on the screen sometimes. I don't know if this is an issue with this specific device or due to the fact that I am using a very long (12ft) HDMI cable on that input. All of the other inputs have 3-6ft HDMI cables and I have seen no picture issues on those inputs. When the issue happens I fix it by unplugging that source HDMI cable and then reconnecting it. I would say I have to do this once a week on average. Not a big deal to me, but it might be for you if you are planning on connecting long HDMI cables to this device.

Currently using this for a game setup and it works well. I run 5 inputs out into an upscaler i have run so i can turn it on for my retro consoles.
The product seems well made and sturdy however the LEDs are a tad bright stick some tint tape over it or do what my girlfriend did she set a small cloth over them.
My only real complaint is the lack of information. The remote comes with no battery and the manual doesn't list a specific type you need. i bought a watch battery i thought would fit but in lowes looking at 20 different sizes and scrolling through the electronic manual to find it didn't list any battery irritated me a bit. I used an Energizer 2032 lithium and that seems to be working.

Overall unit works great. I see tons of questions about lag gaming resolution. This is a pass-through device it should support all resolutions and fps. As for lag even with it and my upscaler I notice no input lag. Great for gaming both retro and current gen and great for tv setups in general

Received this item ahead of the promised date! Attractively housed in a metal enclosure with input/outputs on the rear and indicators on the front. The remote requires a CR2025 battery which is not included. The other negative, which I wish would be highlighted in product description, is that it does not come with the 5V, 1A power module designed for it. (However if your A/V rig has a USB port handy somewhere this shouldn't be an issue.) The good news: it is easy to set up and at least in my situation I did not need the power module. It draws power from the devices through the HDMI cables. It works great, video and audio quality are excellent out of the box. (We shall see how it shakes out over the long haul.) The advertised price as of June 2019, $39.99 for this reviewer, seems better than fair. I would buy it again. Have all required HDMI cables on hand.

so I am using this with multiple devices of varying different resolution outputs and in order for the display out to work you need to put it to the input before turning on the device you want to use (in my case retro game consoles with analog/s-vid to HDMI converters) it has "auto switch" on the device but it doesn't and the remote control uses a button cell battery and not included with no notation as to what battery size it needs and i gave up after trying $30 of battery types"

Device seems to work great, but in this day, who doesn't include a battery with a remote especially when it's a 2032?
Used it in my kids room to connect their five video game systems without having to have them change the input or switch HDMI cables around.
Would have gotten a five star review if it had included the battery, or at least stated that the battery wasn't included.

Swapped out our older HDMI switch for this one. Works just as it should and set up quickly with no issues.

Red LED indicator lights are waaay too bright- they feel like lasers pointed at the eyes. We put two layers of blue painter's tape over the lights just so we can stand being in the same room.

I'm surprised Amazon put their name on this. It's usb powered but no brick. It's a passive switch so you'll have to change it yourself. No battery in the remote. Other than that it's okay.

It good for the price, but I have had no luck with any of my video game consoles. Switch, WiiU, xbox 360. Media devices work great Roku, Blue ray etc. Lack of remote battery was a pain. No wall plug but I just plugged it into the tv.
