Buen woofer, una opción extra para efectos exagerados.

Compré éste woofer 700 junto con la barra 700 sin haberlos escuchado juntos por amazon, recién estuvo disponible en amazon, mi experiencia hace algunas semanas para música y peliculas es buena con la combinación de barra y woofer. En mi punto de vista el woofer le da un efecto extra o sobrado, ya que ayida a dar efecto de vibraciones en explosiones, bajos sonidos, etc. Si tu presupuesto es límitado, sim duda quedarás facinado con la barra 700 solamente y en caso de querer algo más exagerado puedes comprar el woofer 700. Tuve problemas para conectarlo por bluetooth de que estaba ancioso y me estaba familiarizando con la app bose, me costó trabajo hasta que ví que en la app de bose en el boton de la barrita en la oarte inferior derecha esta la opción para conectar bocinas adicionales. Lo recomiendo como opción extra. Pero con la pura barra 700 quedarán sorprendidos con los bajos en hiphop, explosiones, etc.

Buenas tardes, el dia de hoy recibí el Bass Module 700 de bose pero parece que ya esta usado, la bocina está sucia con polvo en su interior, el cable mal enredado, el empaque llegó como si el producto fuera empacado de nuevo, los sellos de diurex abiertos (cortados), por estas razones solicito el cambio por un producto nuevo, que es lo que compre.
Quedo en espera de sus comentarios.

I had purchased a Bose Soundbar 700 because my other Bose products had such good sound and it had good reviews. VERY annoying that they have a wired interface for a subwoofer, but it will ONLY recognize their subwoofers - just a money grubbing restriction that means I won't purchase their products any longer. I had to purchase this subwoofer to match the soundbar, though. It doesn't always connect properly so I have to go to the phone app to add it back in again, especially every time we lose power or have to move things around. Also, using their app to do anything is a pain in the neck - terrible design aimed mostly at selling music not meeting their customer needs.

After reading the reviews, I purchased this with high expectations. $800 for a sub did not seem unreasonable with the amount of sound everyone indicated it put out. I have a large open concept living room, and although this sub does add some volume to the 700 soundbar, it does not move nearly as much air as I thought it was going to and in-turn does not generate the furniture rattling bass I was expecting. I will not return it because it does add something to the experience, just not to the magnitude that I was expecting from Bose, for that much money.

The quality is good over all, but the value is not!
For the money, it’s should be more powerful! I bought a cheap JBL 5.2 sound bar system with sub and the sub that came with that is much better than the expensive Bose one. The JBL is loud, deep, powerful, clear, no distortion at all. This Bose one sounds muffled and weak!!! $700 dollars - BS. I bought it for an additional sub for my Lifestyle 650 system. It was $4k plus this additional sub for $700. The system has no mid at all!! Only high High’s and low Low’s. Competition hasn’t helped Bose at all! I’m a firm believer that there are other cheaper, better sounding systems out there. Bose gets great sound out of tiny speakers, but they are all the same. Cheap or high end, they just get louder with more money, but proportionally it’s not there. This system lacks an EQ which it needs bad! I don’t know what the store does to max it’s sound, but the demo is different than what they are selling!!! Their, you hear quality. They tell you it’s the LS650 and you get home and play it... blah. I’m done poring money out to Bose and not getting what I paid for. For $5,000, Bose you should knock my socks off! I even had to order an replacement tweeter speaker. You would think they would QA their products. What a waste of money and my time.

Does not come wit a remote control and it’s needed

The speaker is good but doesn’t come with a remote control which makes using it and setting it up very difficult. The sound it good but I was under the impression I could add bass when I wanted to but the regular sound bar controls the base so the Louder you go on the sound bar the mor base you get it it’s too low on the sound bar then you get no bass at all which means it has to be really pound to hear any base

This product never worked. I'm absolutely sick about the waste of money. After hours and hours trying to set it up and hours on the phone with Bose I thought I would return it but my return window has closed. Don't make the same mistake.

The one thing I liked the most about this, is that the setting for the Bass Level goes from -10 up to +10, leaving A LOT of room to play around with the level, that is perfect for you. Unfortunately, you need the app to do this, as the universal remote does not control several sound settings you'd expect, even a normal remote to control. So you NEED the app. Which means you're essentially having to use two remotes to control the volume of the sound bar and everything for the module (and other settings for the soundbar).

Setup is a nightmare with the app. Apparently you can connect the module to the soundbar without the app, but I was reading online, that's even more of a nightmare to deal with. But in the end, it doesn't matter because if you want to control the bass level on your module (which is the #1 thing it's for), you need the app.

Another positive is that it's a huge space saver, especially for the sound it produces.

Sorry i had to leave a negative review :(

I bought this speaker to add to my existing smart soundbar 700 system.
I could not get the system to recognize the new speaker. I tried online help as well as trying (without success) to contact Bose by telephone, but found they have the worst “customer support” I have EVER dealt with!!
My speaker was returned within 24 hours of receipt.
I’m extremely disappointed in Bose and won’t be buying any of their products again as they really could care less about their customers!!

We paid way too much for this speaker to have this annoying burping sound that happens at no specific time. It will just happen when we are watching a movie or even listening to Spotify through the speakers. For Bose to have this type of defect, it is really disheartening because we expected better from them. Trying to get a hold of their customer service is impossible!

For some reason i'm not getting the deep rich thundering bass i'm suppose to be getting. Talked to 2 different Bose techs and they were not able to help me. regrettfully, i'm sending it back. not getting what i paid for
