Kaspersky Internet Security has been a nightmare. It was cheaper to buy a new copy as my old one ran out But they kept insisting that I update and register even after I installed a new copy purchased at Amazon. There was endless warnings about this and that. I was unable to receive a certificate for my inmail. I wanted to temporarily disable Kaspersky while I sorted out a problem and was unable to do this. Even now there is a green sign at the bottom of the screen and a green ring arount the outer edge of the screen. And it was very difficult to load the new copy of K. Internet Security. It took me 2 hours because there still a running copy on my computer. I suggest that anyone wanting to renew go ahead and pay the extra $20 through Kaspersky rather than buy from Amazon.
Today, even though my copy is less than a month old, I ordered a different brand from Amazon and will uninstall Kasperskt. Good riddance.

This product has suddenly blocked my Windows 7 Operating system from starting up. Kaspersky customer service is useless, unless you are willing to pay for their "premium" support. After several emails and phone calls, I am no further along with trying to resolve my issue and need to find an alternate virus protection for my computer. Unfortunately, I am out the money I spent for the 1 year subscription. Lesson learned, as i will never purchase this product again.

I've had experience with both McAfee and Norton... but, I much prefer Kaspersky Internet Security Protection and have been using it for 7 years, now. This 2017 version was purchased, here, on Amazon on Thanksgiving Day 2016 for $14.99. Such a great deal for a full year's worth of superb product protection! I have it installed on two computers... one that's still running Windows 7 and the other that's running on Windows 10. Both operating systems run this product with no problems, issues nor glitches.

Like others, I too missed having the use of an installment disc. But, renewal with an activation key code is a cinch (it takes less than 5 minutes!) Just double click on your Kaspersky icon; click on the bottom, where it says, "license: ... days remaining" then, where it says, activation code... type in the new code. After your remaining time has lapsed on your outgoing (soon-to-expire) license, the new licensing activation kicks in. So, there's never the need to de-install; then reinstall anything. And, there's never a loss of paid protection.
I highly recommend this product. It's the best!

After installing this antivirus I lost all ability to connect to the internet. I had to uninstall the app in order to regain internet connection. The only reason I have it a two star rating is because I have use the software in the past with good results. That was when they would sell you a actual dick not a down load. I was completely unable to get support because of my lack of internet connection. Phone service in automated BS.

It worked great when I first put it on but after a while my laptop started slowing down and when I got to the last 2 weeksof the year subscription my laptop would barley work like a had a major virus on it so I ended up just going with something else and as soon as I put it on my laptop and uninstalled kaspersky my laptop went back to normal
