I got this system and the subwoofer was DOA. It has the flashing dim led issue. If you go to their site, they say if it does this to contact them, but nobody will contact you back. You can force it to connect with bluetooth, but it still doesn't pass the subwoofer data to it. It just shows up dead and their web site if it does this to contact them, i guess so they can promptly ignore you. Buy something else. This brand use to be great, but not so much now.
I tried it on 2 TV sets, both with digital/audio connection cables. On on set it would not work at all no matter what the settings were. On the other it worked well, when it worked at all. The speakers would randomly refuse to work unless they were unplugged and replugged back in, sometimes more than once. Can't recommend it.
Set is a disaster.......Manual sucks...I spent over two hours and still can NOT figure out the hook up and operation........I am returning it...... even though it is Klipsch ???? I was hoping it would be a winner.......Stay away.......I am going to look at a Samsung unit to pair with my New QLED 75" Samsung TV........
Absolutely the worst sound bar out of the 4 cheaper ones I’ve owned. Remote is terrible doesn’t work most of the time. There’s no balance between subwoofer and sound bar. I would recommend any $100-150 Vizio bar over this $400+ garbage. The sound is just terrible. Big and clunky junk. Do not buy
This is for the 400. Dialogue comes through the sub. Super annoying. I have tried 2 of these and it’s the same thing. I connected through the optical and it is worse than the ARC connection. Klipsch support was zero help. I am returning this for another brand.
Sound keeps cutting out while the subwoofer keeps working imagine your speaker cutting out every 5-10min for 3-15sec .... but the subwoofer keeps connected even though it is wireless. Doesn't make any sense. Totally random, seems many people are having the problem.
