The cut of this jacket is unique because it is classy and could go well with a dress or a fancier event, unlike most down jackets. It's sort of an Aubrey Hepburn type cut, whatever that is called. I am 5'5" and the small would fit me comfortably in a range anywhere from 105 lbs to 130 lbs while still looking decent. The arms are not tight and they don't constrict you when you move. The zipper is heavy duty/high quality. The jacket also has snaps to snap over the zipper, silver. The collar tie is not useful, does not cinch the collar, but it looks cute. Two front pockets, deep, soft. You will feel like you're swathed in a cozy sleeping bag while still looking stylish in this.

awkward cut, strangely binding on the upper arms; OK for fall but not winter

I wanted to like this jacket, but I don't. First, there is no hood--instead there's a super-wide collar that looks OK when laying flat, but if you pull it up it looks more like a Queen Elizabeth collar ("tudor ruff") or frilled lizard, so you're going to want to leave that flat even when it's freezing outside. Second, it appears to be well made but has strange proportions that pinch tightly around your upper arms (even though I have zero extra muscle on my biceps, and my skinny teen daughter has no fat or muscle on hers--it pulls tightly on both of us). Thirdly, it's surprisingly less warm than I had assumed. It's OK for a Georgia winter (where I live now), but would never work in a winter further north.

Warm and cozy!

I love this puffer jacket! My only other puffer jacket has 3/4 sleeves which is just kinda silly so I’m happy to have a jacket with full sleeves. Not just full sleeves, but cuffs underneath to keep the cold air out!!

It’s kind of summer in Utah now, but we got a cool day of rain and I wore this comfortable jacket all throughout the cold morning. The collar is fun, cushy, and warm, although I kinda wish there was a way to clasp it around my neck like a scarf. There is a pull-string but it’s useless.

The zippers and snaps are smooth. It has pockets, which I wish were angled a tad more so stuff wouldn’t fall out, but they are deep also so my phone is secure.

All in all, a win!

Cute, warm jacket

My 5'3" daughter wanted this coat. I was actually suprised at how cute it was. It's a youthful design-a more fitted, gathered collar combined with a traditional puffer jacket. The fabric is matte-which I like. 2 forms of closure-a zipper (which always closes really smooth, no catches) and oversized metal snaps. Then, at the neck, there is a simple fabric ribbon-like tie, if you want to make a bow. Coat is pretty warm too. It feels like this coat style works because it blends the regular puffer jacket with a more contemporary cut. Not for everyone- I tried it on and immediately had to watch golden girls to reset.

This is a stylish and comfortable jacket.. My daughter wears it and it keeps her warm and cozy. The material on the outside feels thin, but inside it stays warm. I would not put this in the regular wash.
