This software is appropriate for Windows 10 via the internet link download. I could not download the disc.
When I used the Print Artist Platinum softwear for the first time l found it relatively easy to negotiate....... using common-sense and investigative skills, but there is a annoying glitch, as when you go into the clipart selections, sometimes you're not able to select what you want.... it gives you something else 😬 which is downright annoying.

The results that I have achieved from my first attempt were ok, but say this, because I'm a fussy bugger and a bit of a perfectionist and because l am never happy until I get the exact art result I want..

I would still recommend this soft wear, even though the resources are not as up-to-date as I would prefer, as it is a good starting point and because there is a option to import art / photos.

**Note to manufacturers please work on a updated version, as this softwear desperately needs some attention**

I should start this by saying that my computer skills are pretty basic. I had been using Coral Printhouse for 20+ years which obviously over time I became well familiar with and could use if for many small projects. Sadly it died a death a couple of weeks ago. I gulped when I priced a replacement programme and while looking through Amazon products I saw Print Artist Platinum 25 and read the positive reviiews. It arrived promptly and I am coming to grips with al that it can do. I probably have a steep learning curve ahead but am optimistic that once I grasp all it can do I will be very happy. I could probably be considered one of the silversurfer.

Even though i followed the instructions to the letter i could not get to read the user manual. Nor was it on the disc - anywhere. I'm not an IT expert but nor am i totally dense. Another problem was the Tutorial. What tutorial? The button does not function. At first i thought it was because i hadn't registered the software. So I registered - it didn't make any difference. It simply doesn't work. Really disappointed. Don't expect these type of problems nowadays with technology being so advanced. Returned for a refund. Would not trust this company again. Once bitten......

We have had the older version and after good service suddenly stopped working properly for no reason we could find, sent for this new one and we all tried to get it installed properly but no success, have applied for my money back and may send for another one but not decided yet.
