I have been using this to learn to dictate primary care office notes over the past few weeks. Installing and training the mike and the program takes about half and hour, and then you're off. Proper nouns are always a problem, but I'm learning to add them to Vocabulary which works well. I have not yet incorporated macros, but intend to do so. The accuracy level on medical dictation is incredible; seems pretty nearly 99% (including uncommon medical terms, generic and brand name drugs and common use medical terms such as qhs or tid) without having to fiercely enunciate each word. I have unaccented English in a low rumbling voice, and this program doesn't miss a beat for me! Worth. Every. Penny.
