Inutile a dirsi ma RODE come sempre non delude le aspettative. Utilizzo il microfono principalmente per il canto, sebbene lo abbia usato anche per registrare chitarre classiche e pianoforte. Il diaframma largo copre uno spettro di frequenze incredibile e la resa è calda e sempre bilanciata. E' uno dei microfoni più silenziosi al mondo, solo 5db di rumore di fondo, pressoché non udibile. Attualmente lo utilizzo con una Focusrite 212 2nd Generation. Nella confezione è compreso un cavo XLR da 6mt di ottima qualità (low noise), un filtro antipop ed un supporto anti vibrazione in metallo di ottima fattura, con supporto incorporato per il filtro antipop. Amazon come sempre incredibile: il pacco è arrivato ben 2 giorni prima della consegna garantita!

I'm quite disappointed that my microphone was shipped and handled in multiple locations with it own box. I'd think just finding a box to put it in for safe measure was something big to ask for. Box is damaged and will probably not be worth keeping.

Otherwise the mic works great it's transparent, not boosted in one frequency range too much, the flatness allows for your voice to come out naturally. Good product, terrible delivery standards.

No-noise microphone, giving faithful voice recordings as well as gorgeous tone to stringed instruments. There is plenty of sensitivity here. I would not recommend brass or drums on this mike, there might be too much sound pressure for close work.

I bought it for voice-overs, at which it performs well. It gives slightly enhanced, but distortion free upper register, so some people might want to use a little bit of top cut. I did not do so when recording the voice for this short piece. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5a5I-qiOuk

Nice, rich sound for recording. I have only used it for singing and have been really impressed. Packaged contents saved me a decent bit of money and only had to buy an arm to fit it to my desk. I'm using it with an Onyx Artist USB interface to record in Studio One, and have had no problems at all.

Great microphone, I've used it for steel string acoustic and classical guitar and for voice-over on my podcast and so far so good, it's a little bit toppy but nothing a bit of eq and compression don't sort out. Make sure you have a completely silent room when recording, it picked up my dog coughing in another room lol

Really quick delivery and this is great value for money. When recording at home I always had to turn my headphones down as my other mic picked up the music or clicks playing through the phones and you couldn't really position it to avoid this, even with noise reduction phones. With this mic, with it's simple easy-to-use guide, I was able to set this up instantly and get some great recordings of my acoustic guitar.

As stated in other reviews this is a real high quality mic that picks up everything but by using the correct positioning, I was able to record without having to get too close to the mic and it didn't pick up any noise from my headphones, at last I can hear what I'm playing to!

The quality of the sound is really good, a lot more presence and brightness than expected and I'm thrilled with the results and only just getting started. It picks up vocal with relative ease and whilst vocals are not my area, I know people who record with this mic and it does a sterling job. The shock mount is pretty sturdy too and easy to fit to a mic stand. A good all rounder for me.

Fantastic build quality and sound. I bought this after reading someone rave about it on the internet - I only do home recording so don't need a really expensive mic, but the review of this are good and the sound quality is rather fantastic. Rich deep tones, and bright highs,this mic is super quite feels and sounds much more expensive. the pop shield is of high quality as it the shock mount. All in all and great peice of kit with quality accessories and a sound quality that almost makes me sound good.

nothing bad to say , as an introduction level condenser mic this is excellent. You will need a phantom power supply (48watt) to power this as it requires its own power supply but otherwise it is excellent. Background noise is almost totally gone and that is very important for me, Well pleased with this

This microphone is incredibly good for the price. Like, it's near silent when it comes to generated noise, and a simple noise reduction in Audacity increases the quality even further so it sounds like a studio level.

I have only used this mic for recording vocals and harmonica in a home "corner of the room" studio. In that less than ideal setup, this mic produces a really clean result. For me, a more expensive microphone would be a waste - it would need a far better setup than I have to make the best use of it. This middle-of-the-road mic however - perfect.
