Excelente calidad de estos conectores tipo banana, la marca es muy recomendable, son faciles de usar, yo los use con un receptor AVR Marantz, junto con las bocinas de torre y facilita hacer las conexiones de el cableado de las bocinas al AVR.
Worked fine for my purposes. I don't think they will hold up for those who regularly unplug their speakers. The center plug itself compresses when inserted and unfortunately doesn't spring back like others I've used, so the connection will be loose after repeated removal.
I connect my speakers once and forget about 'em so these plugs are OK.
Nothing to rave about here. They go on fine but if you move them around very much they lose connectivity and firm connection rapidly. If you plan on putting them in and leaving them alone you'll be fine. If you like to experiment however and move things around a lot find something better.
Not the best banana plugs but for the price they're not bad. The connection made when screwing the two halves together seems a little loose if you spread the strands evenly around the circumference. I ended up separating the strands into three bunches which takes away from some of the surface area of the connection. Also, the male part that plugs into the jack is really long so there is a gap between the body of the plug and the jack. Once inserted they're secure and no noticeable difference in sound quality over other plugs or bare wires.
I do like these and I will buy more but I have to give them a three for two reasons.
1. They are a little big - My wall mounted plates are right behind the speakers - so when I put these on they stick out a lot and it pushed the speaker out a little. Love to see an L shaped one that takes up less space.
2. The quantity in the package that was offered on Amazon. This is the one that really annoys me. I have 7.2 surround. I wont use these for the subs, so I need them for 7 speakers. So I need 28 for the speaker side and 28 for the stereo side (I have wall plates and in wall speaker wiring to a centralized location behind tuner). So I need 56 total. Even if I just needed 28 from stereo straight to tuner - the quantity available in the packaging makes no sense for common 5.1 or 7.2 etc. Minus a star for this sorry.
Overall these are fine. I think they would be much nice with a rubber cowl of some sort on the back end. The plugs can support a low gauge wire, but if you aren't using one (I think I had 12) there is a lot of wiggle room where the wire enters the plug.
Easy to put together and fit well on my Sony Receiver and wall plates of my home.
