The biggest issue being the finger print reader which is it's selling point. We stopped using it due to it not working 90% of the time. (See video shot in the dead of winter).
The auto lock feature which we set to 1 minute doesn't work correctly, the lock engaged RIGHT when you close the door.
Other times the door will lock even when the door isn't closed.
I've opened up a ticket with Ultraloq but they vanished once I told them resetting the lock didn't work.
Without much other choice, I've decided to go back to an August lock. I'll take the reliability over a unreliable finger print reader any day.
