Excelente producto, lo compre para utilizar mis bocinas pyle recien compradas y son el complemento correcto. Excelente para escuchar radio y musica. Inesperadamente trae tambien bluetooth integrado ademas de reproduccion por USB y SD.

WOW! I'm sort of an audiophile, and this was way more of a value for me than i was expecting. Mainly because i was just searching for a chepish amp to power my patio speakers, for my audio source was a laptop with DJ software etc. I needed an amp. This is a great amp! It also has a really nice remote. BUT here's the thing! It ALSO accepts a usb, which i loaded with songs. It also accepts a sd card too! (which i loaded with even more tunes!)... IT Has bluetooth! I connect my laptop wirelesssly to it and BAM- instant connection!. I then bluetoothed my phone to it, (Alexa Music etc!) BAM- Instant music everythwere! THEN!!!! I found out it also has a FM radio receiver BUILT IN! It pulls in FM stations from 75 miles away! Trust ME, you cant beat this price for all it does!!! The remote has no instruction book, so you have to play with it to figure it all out! Has a EQ built in too. Press the mode,
key, you choose the source, then use the arrow keys to skip songs, play and pause...even volume up and down! Mode key same way for the radio tuner and EQ settings. This unit is built to last and is loaded. The dual sound is excellent, and the word MINI... is just the size, which is perfect for what i'm doing. Friends bluetooth hook up their phones and play their own stuff too...it's a party NOW!

A solid little amp.

This amp runs a pair of older 75w speakers and it does so very easily. It powers them to higher volume than I want to listen to and/or I'm comfortable running them, (they are not high quality speakers) and the base and treble adjustment works fine.

The only downside is that the level meter is quite bright and I need to cover it when I am watching a movie. It's really bright. I don't mind leaning a paperback in front of it and I plan on making a small cover that folds over the lights during movie time.

I researched small amps extensively, which I do for almost all my Amazon purchases, and this one came out on top delivering solid quality for a budget amp. Highly recommended in this price class.

I have a couple of older Sony speakers I picked up from flea market, and, knowing nothing about home theater, etc., I just assumed I could get some speaker wire-to-RCA converters and it would be fine - turns out you need something like this, which I should have known, since I'm a musician, haha!

Anyway this works fine - I'm an audiophile to a point but not an expert, so I couldn't tell you if it matches up with the specs, but I've used other Pyle products throughout life and I've never experienced a single issue. These speakers that I have are mediocre so I can bust it out in my office real nice, but I would say your experience with higher quality speakers would almost surely be way better hooked up to this thing. I ran it for about 30 minutes straight on the highest volume I could use with these speakers and I can tell that if you hooked up higher quality speakers to this, you could crank it up real nice. After 30 minutes it was mildly warm, but that's 100% expected if you ask me - you're dealing with a lot of power here.

I've seen some reviews saying that the tabs fall off - they are simple spring mechanisms, and in my experience, yes, I could see why people are saying that, because a lot of them are nice and tight in other products, but these are very sensitive and loose. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, it's just unusual. Be gentle when opening the tabs, and you'll do just fine. In fact, those reviews helped me watch out for that very thing.

I've not purchased anything like this before, so I'm sure there are better options (certainly the newer models probably do better), but this works great for what I needed. Also, the bluetooth, SD, and USB work just fine, but you can only control them with the remote so do not lose that. I believe you could hook this up to other audio components like an EQ bank or something if you wanted, but again I'm just powering a little record player thing I got for the holidays one time, and I wanted to be able to play some records.

Finally, it feels very well made. The exterior is metal, and the knobs are very responsive. The LED lights make me feel cool because they respond to the music. Oh, and this thing is definitely for stereo, not surround sound, by the way.

Bottom line, if you're a hardcore audiophile, this thing wasn't made for that. You have to spend a lot of money if you want extreme quality and perfect performance. If you're just a regular Joe and want to make some loud stereo music happen and you have halfway decent speakers, this is for you.

Setup was very easy. I just connected my outside speakers to the back, and that was it.
FM Radio reception worked well even without any kind of connected antenna. There was something that I think is an FM antenna in the box, but I see no option to connect it to the device. Bluetooth connection was also easy, and playback from my phone to the outside speakers worked very well. To my surprise, the device was shipped with a small remote that seems to allow FM channel and input selection as well as volume control.
I note that the manual for the device is poor. There is no mention of the remote, how to connect the antenna (if that is even possible) or how to set-up FM stations as permanent channels. I am sure I will figure this out eventually, but it's not obvious why that information is not included.
I further note that Pyle is offering a warranty extension and a free gift for posting a review on amazon.

Nice Little Amp That Does What It's Supposed To Do

Recently, my vintage Archer amp that I used on my little recording deck died. So I decided to replace it with this little 240 watt Pyle amp. It's considerably smaller than the old Archer amp, but it's just about as heavy. And wow! It pushes my 300 watt Acoustic Audio bookshelf speakers much better. Sound is very strong but needs more mid-range. I believe this is more a function of the cheap speakers rather than this cheap amp. But the main purpose of this amp and speakers is to play accompaniment music while practicing wind instruments. Recording is done while wearing headphones. So it all works out. Overall, this little amp does what it is supposed to at a price I wanted to pay. So I'm pretty happy with it.
