DO NOT USE THIS ON YOUR NOSE! The clicker wouldn't release. I had to have this removed by an emergency room nurse with raptor scissors after all other attempts had failed. Even attempted wrapping dental floss around each side and pulling in opposite direction as advised by a piercer. However, I am planning on buying raptor scissors

It’s a really pretty ring - I got it for my conch piercing and it fits ok, it fit a little tight but it wasn’t bad. But I’m fairly certain this is not stainless steel. It caused horrible pain to my piercing (which was not hurting before putting this earring in, and also very much healed up since it’s over 2 years old). I can’t wear this earring anymore because I’m most likely allergic to whatever metal this is made out of so it’s a waste of $22 at this point.

I agree with the other reviewer who said this isn't surgical steel. It's likely not even stainless steel, as I have never had an issue with that type of jewelry either. I felt an almost immediate reaction to this piece, which is a shame because it is super cute and I had no issues putting it in my ear or getting it back out. So, if you aren't sensitive to metals I'd say go for it! If you are, I'd keep looking.

I know it's supposed to be for the ear, but I figured why not? The guage is perfect, and the interior diameter feels exactly right (16g & 10mm). It was very easy to get closed, much better than other clickers I've had. I'm thinking about getting one with cz for some sparkle. :-D

UPDATE: Removal was quite easy. Even with having to put it in and have the closure on the inside, all I had to do to remove it was hold onto the top part with a pair of tweezers and pull slightly on the bottom part. It opened right up!
I don't have any idea how difficult it is to open back up once it's in your nose because I haven't had a reaon to remove it yet (referring to the review where she said she had to go to the ER to get it removed). It was a little tough to get in, but it's been a comfortable fit since. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it since I've started wearing it, as well. If you're interested in this as a nose ring, I recommend it.

This earring is perfect for a variety of piercings. It's sturdy, made of stainless steel, and it closes securely without loosening. I got the 16g 8mm size and it fits just right in my ear. It was fairly easy to insert, and it snapped closed firmly.

The only issue I have is that you have to turn it towards the front to be able to see the three bars. It easily twists back so you can only see one bar from the front, which defeats the purpose of the design. Otherwise, I like the simple look of it and I never have to worry about taking it out to shower or sleep. It doesn't cause any irritation, and although I inserted the ring from the back, it doesn't matter which way you insert it- it looks the same either way.

Next I'd get the 6mm size with CZ's. It should still fit the same piercing fine, although it will be snug. But this way there will be less bar available to twist so you can see the triple bar better from the front without having to adjust it.

This is my new favorite septum ring! It's cute, & not too fancy. I love that it can't slide & get uneven on the sides...that's kind of a pet peeve of mine with septum rings. It fits just snuggly enough & looks great on. Would definitely recommend.

This is great. It is super cute and comfortable. Fits my conch piercing perfectly. I was worried about the snapping closure being too loose because this is my everyday jewelry but it's held up great! I've had it in for about a month and haven't had any issues. My only warning is if you have a newer piercing wait to put it in because when it rotates it can sometimes stretch at your piercing. It doesn't bother mine but it would hurt if you had a piercing that wasn't 100% healed.
