It works well and is pretty cool. To me it still seems 20$ overpriced though for what it does. It is missing one key feature, a timer. So it can shut off at some point if you use it at night in the bedroom. Otherwise it's very quiet even when doing the rotation thing (moving stars and nebula). If you like cool lighting gadgets then this is for you!
I love the calming atmosphere this creates, and you can make it bright enough to light the room or dim it to be more of a nightlight. After using it for three or four nights though, I started to hear the motor clicking. When I am in the other room, I cannot hear it, but if it is in the room, I can. It gets rid of the relaxing aspect, hence I will put it on in the living room and be in the bedroom, still enjoying the light and "stars." I just wish the motor didn't make any sounds. Other than that (which can be a deal-breaker), it's nice but probably not the best.
Once bought a $20 version of a product like this, but the placement had to be in the middle of my room - in the way - and was pretty ineffective where I wanted it. The BlissLights Sky Lite is absolutely perfect, since I need to place this in the corner of my room which now covers my entire ceiling. The only two gripes I have with this device is the placement and brightness of the "stars." Could've slightly separated the stars and maybe decreased the brightness in some of them to give a much more realistic and authentic galaxy aesthetic. The second is the lack of a remote control to activate the device and set the brightness/nebula/star patterns. Nonetheless, it's still a great product and I recommend it to anyone looking to purchase this one.
This works pretty well so far. No issues with the different modes. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is that the green stars do not look like stars in the least. There is too many of them and they are aligned like a grid on the ceiling.
We've been using this for a month now. Hopefully it lasts, but my kids likes it and nebula looks really cool by itself. This would have been better if they could have made white stars or just dim the brightness of the green stars significantly.
Nice and bright but my issue is it only has three brightness settings. I was looking to use this more as a nightlight. Even on the lowest setting it is bright. Timer sucks. It is a built in timer for 6hrs.. wish I could adjust for shorter time period. Other than that the kids love it and all want one for there rooms.
I’m not sure why I was expected a tiny projector but this thing is actually kind of giant. It’s worth it, since I can use it if I’m hosting a party, or just for comfort at night when I’m bored. It’s pretty nice to add a cool aesthetic to any room.
