(Tree urn pendant)When I ordered this I wasn’t expecting much and thought I may have to send it back because I wanted something that was good enough for my grandparents ashes. When I got this I was so happy with the quality. I talked to the funeral director who was doing all the arrangements and they were selling their jewelry for 200$ so in seeing the beautiful piece for below $40 was amazing. The engraved message was nicely done and the sides were even beautiful. A detailed piece for sure.
The only thing about the craftsmanship of the pendant was it almost looks like it needs sanding on the design but I think it is just part of it and it doesn’t take away from its beauty. I placed a good amount of ashes in it and the screw is long enough and can be tightened very securely so I have good piece of mind wearing it after the chain was replaced. The chain wasn’t very strong looking so I didn’t want to trust it with such an important pendant.
Be ready for difficulty getting the ashes into the funnel. I used a tiny flat edge spoon directly into it and it worked way better. Just be sure to put something down to catch the spills so that it can be preserved. I’m not funny about touching them but I know my mother can’t even be around to see them so if it’s too difficult to see a little messiness you may want to have someone do it for you as the hole is very small and the funnel is almost impossible unless you have no fragments whatsoever ( not likely) because they get lodged into the spout and you have to pry it out every few scoops. Hence why a small object used directly into the hole may be better and faster. But that is just part of doing this yourself and if you don’t want to pay someone 150+ to do it for you at the funeral home. Way better choice and I am beyond happy with this pendant..
I will say, I ordered a few because I was worried about the quality and every one I got from this company was excellent and I actually had a hard time choosing between this one and two others because they were made that well and were both so pretty.
Definitely recommend this company for memory jewelry.

I'm sad to say that I was very disappointed with what the product size. It makes no sense because it tells you the size of the product and you think well that's pretty small but then you see the picture they use to display it on a person and you think oh.. okay.. Well that's not bad.. Yea, don't trust that picture. I received mine yesterday evening and was so discouraged. You think it's the size of a quarter or around there from the picture and it's the size of a dime.. on top of that, the chain if you want to call it that might as well be a piece of string.. you should not have to buy another chain to put this on to be secure. The chain is small, it looks like it's kids costume jewelry..My advice would be for you to keep looking. I'll be sending this back sometime this week after work. Definitely not what I thought it would be.. For the money I'm sure you can find something better.

It is beyond beautiful. I was so hesitant to purchase this because of the lack of reviews or pictures but it’s so much more beautiful in person. The chain is just okay but the urn itself is stunning. It’s so much daintier than I thought but it makes it that much more beautiful.

I bought two in order to split my baby's ashes between my partner and I. I don't have much to add into either of them but with what's there you wouldn't even be able to fit the smallest of the ashes. The locket portion is maybe an inch. I was extremely upset today trying to make this work. Unfortunately. I don't recommend for ashes. The design is pretty though. So if you just want a necklace, so be it.

My husband passed away over a month ago and this is the necklace I proudly wear. Thank you for the amazing craftsmanship and the fact that it’s silver. I wish the chain was a little different but that’s not a huge issue. Everything is well made and all sterling silver. You will not be disappointed. Thank you!
